Shipping Container leasing is an alternative investment. If you have your own container then lease it to a shipping company and earn a minimum 12% per annum returns. Under the 12% guaranteed return, if you own more than 5 shipping containers, investment returns are paid monthly into the bank account of your choice. Less than 5 containers, you will be paid quarterly.
